Why you can trust the numbers
Checked, then checked again.
Multiple confirmed checks
Every key value and max bid is confirmed by at least two independent sources. The book shows the check count, and lots with fewer than two are marked low confidence.
Sold comparable sales you can open
Full sold comparable sales on key lots, with sold comparable-sale links on every CHASE and MAYBE lot.
Preview-day checklist
A checklist for every CHECK FLOOR and low-confidence lot, so you know what to look at in person.
